Sure, no problem.
As soon as you find out you can't join right at the start time, CONTACT US!
Make sure to include all of the following info:
- The same email you used to register for the training session
- Your full name / the one you registered with hopefully
- The name of the training session and start time / you could also just reply directly to the confirmation email
- What time you will joining
If you need to cancel please CONTACT US as soon as you know and include the same info as listed above.
For all EPSO Computer-Based Test Training sessions, if you can't make it in the end, that's okay because the entire training session is recorded.
For all other types of classroom training sessions, they are not recorded in full, so please let us know in time if you will be late or cancelling.
