Please note:

- Invoices for any given month are issued in the first half of the following month, typically before the 10th. For example, if you buy a question package on 21 March and then request an invoice, you will receive it by 10 April. In urgent cases, we can expedite your request, too.

- The prices on the website for individuals already include VAT.
